Not completed move yet ,still in progress, the teams have been excellent overall so far ,they have been in touch regarding our move at every turn ,couldn't recommend sugdens enough.

From booking a consultation, taking photos the same day and putting my house on the market was very quick and efficient.
After having a block booking of 7 people, I was advised to accept the full price offer even though there were more viewings later on that week. My only thought was I may have been offered more!
I have had a lot of much valued information, advice and support from Janice who is continuing to guide me through the process of selling and buying. She constantly keeps me in touch with any developments. Her help and personal touch has been invaluable.

Booked an appointment a week before, then called again on the morning to confirm. Then again when outside the property. Spoke to the same call handler 3 times in total and after waiting half an hour was told that the agent didn't see us and left. What a joke. Need to be more honest or sort their communication skills out as seriously lacking.
