Andy did a great job of co-ordinating information and communication between the seller and buyer, and it's clearer that solicitors in general seem to depend on digital portals and take-a-ticket processes, leaving more for the estate agents to do. Tayler and Fletcher also have a great database and network of prospective buyers, meaning that there were three offers for our property in a very short space of time. Impressive and friendly team who were agile and flexible when needed.

Taylor & Fletcher is already held in high regard, but Andy's professionalism and support through the purchase process has been outstanding. Often acting as an intermediary sharing information between seller and purchaser. Cheers!

We were most impressed with the whole team at Tayler & Fletcher Bourton-on-the-Water office. They dealt with the sale of our house in a professional and informative manner. Matthew gave good professional advice, provided excellent details and photos in marketing our property. Geordie and Leah accompanied viewings and gave very prompt helpful feedback.
Also a special thank you to Leah for all her support, chasing & keeping us updated when issues arose with the chain and finally getting it across the line to completion.
We would highly recommend the whole team. Many thanks for all your hard work and excellent service.
