I had a great experience purchased via Taylor Hill & Bond. Lorna was efficient in getting us booked in to view the property & with the negotiations. Jules & James were also great with the progression, ensuring both sides were chased up constantly to apply the pressure needed to ensure the sale progressed very quickly. Thank you all for your help. We now have our new home in time for summer which we are really thankful for!

I’m so glad we chose Taylor Hill and Bond to sell our property. From the very beginning, they were exceptionally polite and understanding to our situation. If we had any queries, however small, they were more than happy to help. They always provided a very humane touch to everything, and always made us feel comfortable. The team at Taylor hill and Bond are fantastic, they made a difficult process for me as a first time buyer much simpler and were always available if I needed to call to ask anything.
Neil in particular was brilliant throughout the whole experience and kept me informed as best he could and appropriately chased where necessary. Overall I would thoroughly recommend Taylor Hill and Bond.
