Jak, Fern & colleagues were genuinely so lovely. Down-to-earth advice in such a cutthroat industry is so refreshing. They didn't tell us just what we wanted to hear by placing an attractive high end valuation when they were trying to secure our instruction. But explained how the price would be set and explaining about their vast knowledge and comparable evidence and experience. Not like some agents who seemed to value quite highly, just to get a foot in the door. During the marketing they were diligent in chasing viewers for feedback; and then when a sale was agreed they regularly chased our buyers and their solicitors for up-dates on their progress. It wasn't a long chain - but it dragged on because of our purchasers delays on finance; it was hard not to feel anxious and frustrated; but Taylors did a sterling job in keeping it all on an even-keel. We would wholeheartedly recommend Taylors Estate Agents, Halesowen to sellers and buyers alike; you will be in safe hands. As an aside, we also used the services of Mark Taylor for RICS Homebuyers surveys on our prospective purchases. He was extremely thorough and the report was expedited within no-time and anything we didn't understand on the survey - he was happy to chat with us to explain his findings.

Absolute rubbish..allegedly sold in April and had no feedback at all through the summer.. September informed that buyer ill so sale probably not happening! A waste of our time.. stringing us along all this time. Now got to start all over agsin

House sold very quickly and at a good price.
Taylors were also able to help with a prompt evaluation for CGT purposes. Fees were very reasonable.

Excellent service, we were very impressed with the efficiency and immediate replies and information about viewings, I am living abroad and selling a relatives house in the UK, they were so helpful, I can recommend Taylors 100%

Very professional. Excellent local market knowledge. Experienced agents. They sold our house quicker than expected. However, communication of our sale performance during the marketing period could have been better. We had to call them on occasions to get an update of any interest, a simple call to us every few weeks would have been useful. Otherwise a fantastic service from Taylor’s
