Viewings were always booked to far in advance. The estate agent we dealt with was very friendly and helpful but unfortunately the house was not sold

We were with Taylors for 12 weeks until we decided to leave due to having only one viewing. We felt the house was accurately priced however one viewing leaves us wondering about the marketing quality as other houses similar to our last in the area had sold. On a personal note the agent we dealt with was friendly, helpful and answered any questions swiftly.

Used Taylors as they are the biggest in the area and also they valued the property higher than other agents. I was sceptical about the high price but Liam was confident we would get near it - how right he was .
