Buyers of properties should beware of Clarke Munro Middlesbrough Branch.
This is a terrible estate agent with whom I regret buying a property with a sitting tenant through them.
They provided incomplete and falsified information about this sitting tenant prior to the conclusion of my purchase of the property. After the exchange of contracts, it turned out that the tenant owed 5 months' rent and had also prevented my agents from gaining access to the property.
I'm currently in the process of evicting the tenant from the property, which has resulted in huge financial costs and uncertainty for me.

This is the second time Stacy has assisted a house purchase for myself , this time also navigating a sale with quite a large chain . The whole process from start to finish was made clear and comfortable by Stacy , updates and keeping communication clear and simple . What can I say about Stacey,As soon as you walk into Clarke Munroe in billingham you are met with a warm smile.Stacey helped us out in our long and complicated move and made sure everything was perfect . Myself and my wife congrulate her in her professionalism and care .Never moving again but , anyone thinking about it , Clarke Munroe is the place to go .

Just completed on the purchase of our new home, listing by Clarke Munro.
It turned out to be quite a stressful 5 month process due to a long complicated chain! Throughout the entire process though, Stacy Hill from the Billingham branch was fantastic to deal with and was always on hand to chase up with vendors, estate agents and solicitors and to reassure us that we would get there in the end!
Right from the start, Stacy took a proactive approach and provided regular updates to us. Highly recommend!

I got my house valued by 2 estate agents. Clarke Munro and another that shall remain nameless. I was all set to go with them that shall not be named but decided to go with Clarke Munro. From my first call with Stacy I knew I had made the right decision. They kept me updated and followed up all viewings. Friendly and prompt with a professional no bull approach. On a serious note I can’t fault them, got my house sold in no time. Big thanks to Stacy as she was my go to girl!! And I’m sure if me dads around he will still call in and deliver chocolate (private joke) massive thanks to the team and would recommend them to any house sellers.
