Highly recommend Williams and Donovan. We have just sold our house via the Benfleet office.<br>We purchased this property via them 8 years ago and returned to sell it 8 years later.<br>Fantastic service from start to finish. From our initial meeting and valuation with Darren to exchange/completion stages with Stephanie everything was seamless.<br>Great communication throughout, never had a problem getting in contact, always answer your calls and always provided updates/regular feedback.<br>All staff were polite and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Very quick to arrange/confirm viewings and provide feedback. Anita, Denise and Alex always on hand.<br>Stephanie was great helping us to get to the exchange stage, helping chase solicitors and provide updates.<br>Thank you so much; such a lovely team

Williams and Donovan have been a pleasure to work with and I have no hesitation in recommending them. I was entrusted to sell my aunt’s house, which took a while, but from my first meeting with Lloyd and then regular updates from Anita, and Stephanie they showed their professionalism by being proactive, going the extra mile and getting the job done! We recently sold our house with Williams and Donovan, the process was very well managed from start to finish.<br><br>The initial meeting with Darren was very professional and gave us confidence that they were the right team to go with. He said they'd sell it within a month... a week later we had 3 offers and it was sold within 12 days.<br><br>The team managing the sale were understanding and very efficient in booking in appointments with us.<br><br>The team, especially Stephanie were quick to respond to any questions, and were good in terms of communicating any updates.<br><br>We really appreciated the effort that was put into the customer experience, the efficiency around the process and their professionalism. Highly recommend!
