Communication was a struggle. Agents did not listen to my requests. Viewings were not fruitful. Took months to get an offer.

I felt very positive with my dealings with Williams Harlow - the valuation seemed appropriate and I was provided with good advice at different stages of the process. I was away during the viewing and offer stages and these went ahead smoothly resulting in a number of offers, one of which was very good and we accepted. Their communication while we were away was also great. The sale went forward smoothly and our only very slight gripe was that we found it more difficult to speak to someone once the sale was agreed and going through. Overall very happy to recommend.
