I'm on my own and moved from out of county so I relied heavily on my estate agents. Keri, Iona and Chris were fabulous ! They bore the brunt of my worries, panics and endless queries with calm professionalism mixed with a human touch. I can't thank you guys enough for getting me here and settling me in afterwards. Bishopp, Iona and the sales team at the Whitstable office were friendly and professional from the initial valuation onwards. Their fees were competitive, all photos were taken by a professional photographer (also lovely!) and they spent time with us getting the brochure right. They promoted our property in a variety of ways and we always felt important as clients, even when the market was slow. The team have great local knowledge and we were kept informed throughout.

We had a long and really complicated purchase but when Chris Mercer and Bishopp were asked to step in after months of back and forth, things really moved forward and finally progressed, so I don’t think we would have completed without their help and intervention. They were both really helpful and did as much as they could to help and Chris constantly kept us updated which was really refreshing after months of not getting anywhere. Iona and Sam were also really helpful when we needed to contact the office and the seller, even when our frustration was high they helped try and resolve issues.
