Dreadful experience with Surrey and Hampshire estate agent in Godalming. I put an offer in on a flat which was accepted and had no correspondence from the agent whatsoever. I even paid for a full survey and didn’t hear back from them… sent many E-mails and left many messages. Very frustrating since I found out at a later stage they sold it?! Why not keep me informed? The middle aged guy who works for them I believe is not to be trusted. He buys up many properties cheaply for himself and rents them out. I wouldn’t be surprised he scooped the flat I wanted at a lot cheaper price. The estate agents are unprofessional and hope and pray I never deal with them ever again!... Read more
