I have to say that Andrew and Keisha were fabulous from the start. We were kept updated with progress and treated with care and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We would highly recommend to anyone considering selling via Auction!

12th Jun 2026 (8 days ago)No called and no showed our first viewing, another viewing there was an issue with the lock and we were told we would be updated within a few days to resolve the issue and get us in for a viewing only to hear nothing. The next week my partner and I had both attempted to contact the branch only to be ignored, 4 weeks on we have still heard nothing back. Very frustrating and unprofessional experience with some of the worst communication I've ever received from a business! Would not recommend

The agent repeatedly asked me to reduce the price, claiming that a previous viewer had said the property was overpriced. However, there had actually been no viewings at all, meaning this feedback could not have been genuine. It felt as though advice was being given to me without any real knowledge or evidence about the property’s market interest.- 23rd Feb 2026 (17 weeks ago)Katie was so helpful throughout my entire property search, made a stressful experience feel so much better and easier. From the very beginning, she was professional, responsive, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire tenancy process. Her communication was excellent, keeping me informed at every stage and ensuring everything progressed smoothly. Sibylla demonstrated a high level of commitment, attention to detail, and customer service, always willing to answer questions and provide assistance whenever needed. They put my details into their system and every time there was a property in my price range, I'd have a phone call telling me about it, something other agents don't do on the regular. Definitely recommend giving them a call if you are looking to buy.

Yes, a few viewings, with a number of no shows unfortunately. The property was on the market for just weeks before I accepted an offer, s t c, of course.- 8th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I’m not sure how they’ve had my review removed concerning 10 swan street. I lived there for 18 months, the bedroom ceiling was thick with black, dripping wet mould. I left the house to which they kept my deposit despite the circumstances they had me living in. I can now see its up for sale with pictures showing they’ve attempted to paint over the mould which you can still see. Jackie had a terrible attitude and any issues with the property they werent interested in.

11th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)I have nothing but praise for this company, I am a tenant with them and they have always dealt with my queries or maintenance issues efficiently and swiftly Hana from the maintenance department has been working so hard trying to get an issue resolved for me I cannot thank her enough. From the start through the application process the staff have always been so helpful and friendly and from settling into my new home to my recent one year inspection I have felt supported throughout. Both inspections I have had the staff that came into my home made me feel very at ease and were professional and friendly. I am very glad I chose to rent through g n t properties and I would highly recommend them to any tenants looking to rent.

23rd May 2026 (28 days ago)We were due to move into a property managed through Genie Homes on 22 May 2026. The tenancy agreement had been signed and completed, and we had arranged our family move around that date. On the morning we were meant to move in, we were told by text message that the landlord had changed her mind and that we could no longer move into the property. This left us in an extremely difficult position as a family. Our home was packed, we had already made arrangements connected to the move, including our son’s school transport, and we were left trying to work out where we were going to live at very short notice. Our son has Down syndrome and significant additional needs, so the sudden uncertainty and disruption caused a huge amount of stress for us. Although some staff members tried to help afterwards, the overall handling of the situation felt very unprofessional and lacked proper accountability. We had to keep chasing for updates, requested calls from senior management that did not happen, and were left in limbo when we needed clear communication and practical support. Based on our experience, I would not recommend using this company.

Yet on the property details and the floor plans it shows 1 bathroom and a downstairs wc.
