I got keys quickly and when I brought up a few issues with Natasha once settled in, she got on it straight away. The first man didn't show after I spoke to him but she chased other contractors and got all my issues sorted with in a couple of weeks. Im happy and can't thank her enough, thanks again Natasha and her team at Cottons.

Oliver worked with was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the whole process. He explained everything clearly, made the paperwork straightforward, and handed over the keys without any hassle. Overall, the service was smooth and efficient, and I felt well supported at every step. I’m very happy with how everything was handled and would definitely recommend Connells Birmingham to others looking for a property. Specially thanks to Oliver

23rd Apr 2026 (12 days ago)Do not rent from Davidsons. I lived in a property they managed for 5.5 years and returned it in very good condition, allowing for fair wear and tear. One of their agents even texted me how well I’d looked after the property. Despite this, they attempted to deduct £195 from my deposit for issues that were not mentioned in my checkout report and also that I had previously reported to the landlord as a maintenance issue. For transparency, I did accept to pay for one issue that was raised. When I queried this with Andrew Love, I was told to raise a dispute with the Deposit Protection Service rather than being willing to discuss it. Luckily I was able to prove that I had left the property as clean as when I moved in and DPS found that I was no liable to pay for a few things they had claimed for and that I should only pay 40% of the cleaning fee. I received the majority of the proposed deduction back. During my tenancy, I was wrongly told that I had missed a rent payment (luckily I could prove that I had paid). I found that communication to resolve this with the team was difficult. I called multiple times and was promised a callback each time that I never received. Eventually I mentioned to get through via email. Overall, the checkout process felt unnecessarily disappointing after a long tenancy. Based on my experience, I would recommend that future tenants document everything carefully and compare check-in and check-out reports before accepting any deductions.

Very professional from first to last, with realistically priced marketing, and an approachable, enthusiastic team who leapt into action when our first sale unexpectedly fell through, so that no time was lost in finding a new buyer. - 16th Apr 2026 (19 days ago)Awful money grabbers Do not use these people to rent They will try and keep your deposit for no good reason. I left the house in a perfectly good condition (confirmed by the landlord) The review they left of the house was awful made out I’d left it in a tip. Also want to charge me a days rent for handing the keys back early when my tenancy ended on Easter Sunday so there was no way I could give the keys back. Even after I gave 6 weeks notice instead of 4. They were closed on the Sunday as it was a bank holiday and subsequently would have been closed on the Monday too. Awful awful people avoid at all costs!!!!!
29th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)Highly recommend!!! I chose to use Your Move, because I liked the idea of using the 'open house' and 'offers over' method of marketing. I have sold several houses over the years and this was by far the quickest, smoothest and definitely most stress free sale I've made. Total transaction time, 9.5 weeks from the first appraisal with Paul to completion. My property was available with vacant possession and I wanted to be able to hand over the keys and just let the agent do what they were being paid to do. This was certainly the case. My sale was handled by Sadie who is clearly very experienced at what she does. She kept me updated with progress on a weekly basis and all communication with her was clear and concise. Your Move were definitely not the cheapest agent on the High Street and Paul was upfront about this at our first meeting. I did have to take this into consideration obviously. However, all things considered, I definitely made the right decision to appoint Your Move and Sadie did a fabulous job. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

They were very helpful and supportive throughout the whole of my tenancy with them. Very easy to access for any queries or problems that I had and made sure I was dealt with straight away. I couldn’t have asked for a better letting agent to start my renting journey. Thank you Oakton Estates. I pray God blesses each and every one of you on the team abundantly, you are all great.

I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!

If you want a person who you feel you can trust to sell your house then Carol is the perfect choice! Her years of service gives her the wide range knowledge to answer all questions. She knows exactly what to do whilst also being very re -assuring. Selling a house can be one of the most stressful situations. Given Carols knowledgable and experience she truly cares and will take that pressure and look after you. Her advice and guidance has been very valuable and nothing is to much trouble, she is happy to be there and makes you feel a very valued customer.
