Nicole did everything she could to help me over this very difficult time. She was kind, efficient and extremely conscientious; she instantly understood the difficulty and contacted the people concerned immediately, dealing with them with impressive tact and diplomacy whilst ensuring the best result for me that she could.<br><br>I am extremely thankful to Nicole for dealing with this with such thoroughness, honesty and integrity which nowadays is quite rare.<br><br>I cannot recommend Nicole and the lettings department highly enough to anyone who requires property management or is a prospective tenant.

At every stage the team have been both professional and personable. Over the 3 years I rented my flat, I found myself pleasantly surprised many a time by handling situations with care for myself and my partner as well as their responsibilities in managing the flat on behalf of our late landlord.<br>I feel like it shouldn't be so rare to find such a genuinely excellent all-round agency like this. Regardless, I can promise you this unicorn is real!<br>Many thanks to Charlotte who handled our end of tenancy inspection expertly and with a couple shared laughs.

We bought a house with them in 2011, another house in 2024 and sold one in 2026.<br><br>We've spoken so much over the last 6 months, I feel I should be invited to their Christmas Party!<br><br>Anyway, great agent who I've enjoyed dealing with and they sold my house in this crippling market!

They respond quickly to both the landlord and the tenant which I found rare in today’s service industry. I will continue to work with Sophie, Sara and Mellisa for the years to come. I took time off work for a viewing, submitted all the requested documents within 30 minutes afterwards, at the asking price without even negotiating, and clearly explained that I needed to secure a place urgently.<br><br>Despite this, I was later told the property had already been let agreed. This happened to me repeatedly, wasting my time and even my annual leave. My credit history and background are good, and I had no issues with the checks.<br><br>They clearly do not value prospective tenants’ time. If you want a smooth and professional experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Very poor service.

They would book in viewings without even liaising with us which meant bookings got cancelled and prospective buyers annoyed and frustrated. Removed from market with Oakmans due to the amount of viewings we have was very small. Never received feedback after viewings.

The whole Team was fantastic including Fran, Nicola and Laura.<br><br>As first-time buyers, we couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. We were kept in close contact with Fran who was extremely responsive, proactive and always on the ball, keeping us updated every step of the way. We genuinely felt like we were in safe hands throughout the entire process!<br><br>A massive thank you to Fran and team for making buying our first home such a positive experience.
