He remained positive, professional, and reassuring throughout the entire process. What stood out most was how much effort he put into understanding exactly what I was looking for. He kept us informed at every stage. Kevan went above and beyond to answer our questions quickly and liaise effectively with all parties involved. Matthew Port is so helpful and responds really quickly to any query, he's so easy to deal with. I would highly recommend Martin & Co My purchase has now completed and I would like to add that Louise has the sort of customer service skills that you just can’t train -she’s naturally warm and friendly - I always come off the phone from her smiling-she’s an asset to the business.

The process was very efficient and Sam was always at the end of the phone to help. If Sam was ever busy, Dave and Karen were super helpful with any queries and questions too. Highly recommend!!

They were incredibly helpful, always on point, and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. Communication was honestly the best I’ve experienced—clear, quick, and consistent throughout, which made a huge difference. They were always one step ahead, keeping me informed and supported at every stage. It’s rare to find someone so professional yet approachable at the same time. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient estate agent! Julia May has been incredibly patient and supportive throughout this stressful process as we had very lazy solicitors if it wasn't for her things would have been much worse. An absolute asset to prime estates.

21st May 2026 (29 days ago)?Very disappointing experience with EweMove. ?I chose their most expensive package and even paid extra for photos, but the pictures were poor and the listing went live with missing information. Despite charging a hefty 15% of the monthly rent, they only arranged a few viewings over two months and failed to find a tenant. ?To make matters worse, they broke my balcony door during a viewing. While they initially agreed to pay for the damage, they first stalled by telling me I’d have to wait two weeks until they returned from holiday. Now, they are outright refusing to pay for the damage they caused. ?I listed the flat myself on OpenRent and found a great tenant in just 3 days. EweMove provided an incredibly expensive service with very poor results, capped off by a complete lack of integrity regarding the property damage. I strongly recommend avoiding them.
