After countless viewings and a long search, I often felt overwhelmed trying to find somewhere that truly felt like home, but Tom never once made me feel like a burden. He remained positive, professional, and reassuring throughout the entire process. What stood out most was how much effort he put into understanding exactly what I was looking for. He consistently kept me informed about new properties coming onto the market and always made time to arrange viewings and answer any questions I had. His priority was never just finding any property — it was finding the right one for me. I’m extremely grateful for all of his hard work and dedication, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you ??

Matthew Port is so helpful and responds really quickly to any query, he's so easy to deal with. I would highly recommend Martin & Co My purchase has now completed and I would like to add that Louise has the sort of customer service skills that you just can’t train -she’s naturally warm and friendly - I always come off the phone from her smiling-she’s an asset to the business.

12th Jun 2026 (7 days ago)No called and no showed our first viewing, another viewing there was an issue with the lock and we were told we would be updated within a few days to resolve the issue and get us in for a viewing only to hear nothing. The next week my partner and I had both attempted to contact the branch only to be ignored, 4 weeks on we have still heard nothing back. Very frustrating and unprofessional experience with some of the worst communication I've ever received from a business! Would not recommend

The process was very efficient and Sam was always at the end of the phone to help. If Sam was ever busy, Dave and Karen were super helpful with any queries and questions too. Highly recommend!!

They were incredibly helpful, always on point, and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. Communication was honestly the best I’ve experienced—clear, quick, and consistent throughout, which made a huge difference. They were always one step ahead, keeping me informed and supported at every stage. It’s rare to find someone so professional yet approachable at the same time. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient estate agent! Julia May has been incredibly patient and supportive throughout this stressful process as we had very lazy solicitors if it wasn't for her things would have been much worse. An absolute asset to prime estates.

They managed my tenanted property successfully for some time, provided a great valuation, and then secured a buyer quickly. They are professional, easy to contact, and tell it like it is. For anyone looking for reliable, 'all-in-one' property experts, look no further than the team at Arden.

Answered all of my questions and concerns, made the process very smooth and easy, great customer service. Would definitely recommend working with this company. From the initial meeting through to completion Matt, both Katie s , Ellie and Paula were approachable and professional and kept the communication lines open all the way through. I cannot recommend Acres Walmley highly enough for selling property and will miss my regular visits for an update. thank you all Yvonne and Ray

I had many questions but these were covered without me having to go through them. Their ethos seems exactly in line with what we wanted. As Tom said ‘they didn’t reinvent the wheel they make sure the wheel works’!

21st May 2026 (29 days ago)?Very disappointing experience with EweMove. ?I chose their most expensive package and even paid extra for photos, but the pictures were poor and the listing went live with missing information. Despite charging a hefty 15% of the monthly rent, they only arranged a few viewings over two months and failed to find a tenant. ?To make matters worse, they broke my balcony door during a viewing. While they initially agreed to pay for the damage, they first stalled by telling me I’d have to wait two weeks until they returned from holiday. Now, they are outright refusing to pay for the damage they caused. ?I listed the flat myself on OpenRent and found a great tenant in just 3 days. EweMove provided an incredibly expensive service with very poor results, capped off by a complete lack of integrity regarding the property damage. I strongly recommend avoiding them.
