I have to say that Andrew and Keisha were fabulous from the start. We were kept updated with progress and treated with care and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We would highly recommend to anyone considering selling via Auction!

15th Jun 2026 (4 days ago)There was very little communication over a long period after phoning them again and again,despite no viewings taking place. The agent repeatedly asked me to reduce the price, claiming that a previous viewer had said the property was overpriced. However, there had actually been no viewings at all, meaning this feedback could not have been genuine. It felt as though advice was being given to me without any real knowledge or evidence about the property’s market interest.

Every time I call Dixons, Korron is consistently professional, energetic, and incredibly helpful. Her positive attitude and enthusiasm are genuinely refreshing, and she is a real credit to the Dixons team. The whole team were incredibly helpful throughout the process, and really helped us during the final week when the conveyancing process got extremely stressful. Everything was clearly explained to us at each stage, which really helped put our minds at ease. Adam in particular was brilliant. Always approachable, responsive and happy to answer all our questions, even after completion. He also kindly accommodated multiple visits so we could measure up for furniture, which we really appreciated. We would definitely recommend Arden. Thank you so much for all your help!- 8th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I’m not sure how they’ve had my review removed concerning 10 swan street. I lived there for 18 months, the bedroom ceiling was thick with black, dripping wet mould. I left the house to which they kept my deposit despite the circumstances they had me living in. I can now see its up for sale with pictures showing they’ve attempted to paint over the mould which you can still see. Jackie had a terrible attitude and any issues with the property they werent interested in.

The whole process was smooth, and the team dealt with all our requests brilliantly, even at very short notice. They were always flexible and helpful, giving us access to the property whenever needed so we could arrange quotes for plastering and electrical work. Thanks to their support, everything went through much faster than we expected. I also rented through Oakton Estates and always found them alert, responsive and helpful whenever any issues came up. They were also very flexible when we were moving into our new property, which meant we didn’t end up paying more rent than necessary. Highly recommend.
3rd Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)I was buying a property via King Homes The sale of my property fell through I informed Kong Homes immediately Several weeks later the house i was buying was put back on the market without even bothering to inform me It came up on my emails via Right Move I was prepared to pay the extra stamp duty but was never given that opportunity. Even my solicitor was shocked at such shocking treatment. King homes even had the cheek to offer to sell my home for me. Which I would have never accepted after such shocking service.

Viewings were arranged quickly and the staff explained everything clearly, no jargon or hidden fees. The team are polite on the phone and respond to emails fast, which makes renting less stressful. Properties are presented well and match the descriptions online. Maintenance requests got sorted without chasing them too much. Fees are fair for the area and paperwork was simple. If you want a letting agent that’s professional, doesn’t mess you around, and actually picks up the phone, Amber Court is a solid choice. Good experience overall.

9th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)5 starts purely for Kyra Naomi, we ended up enduring a 9month sale that was not straight forward and Kyra was attentive the entire time. Most people in this situation would give up or not be bothered as it took so long but Kyra was always on the phone or available by text never an issue. Great employee. TA did not act on behalf of me but Kyra was great to deal with.

She was amazing in co-ordinating and managing the chain of solicitors and ensuring the communication never broke down between the parties . We really appreciated her advice and judgement. We couldn't have asked for anything more from Sarah and Rice Chamberlain. We feel like we had exceptional service and value for money. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an estate agent that will work in your best interests. Would definitely use again if the need arises.

Communication was always clear and prompt and he was very responsive when I had any questions or needed advice. What really stood out is how much Tim helped things moving by regularly chasing solicitors and following up on outstanding actions, which really made a difference in making the sale progressing smoothly. I would highly recommend Tim and his team to anyone looking to sell their property!
