I am so grateful to them as at times, I thought it was not going to happen, they have gone above and beyond. But with all of their hardwork all has gone through. 17th Apr 2026 (17 days ago)I recently moved to the area and can now actually tell how pleased i am that i found Cottons and how have been treated. I got keys quickly and when I brought up a few issues with Natasha once settled in, she got on it straight away. The first man didn't show after I spoke to him but she chased other contractors and got all my issues sorted with in a couple of weeks. Im happy and can't thank her enough, thanks again Natasha and her team at Cottons.

18th Apr 2026 (16 days ago)I honestly cannot rate Korron, Daniella & Neela highly enough. I had previously worked with a different estate agents and gave up with them. So I decided to sell my home through Dixons (as I initially purchased that same property through them). I was a little concerned to begin with as it was one of the more expensive quotes but looking back at the journey, it was money well spent! They were always so lovely when I called or was concerned around something. I was out of the country for a couple of weeks at one point and said I would be out of contact until X date and they called me without prompting when I got back to give me an update and let me know how everything went. It was a great experience as they owned pretty much everything in the journey so I could get on with other things in my life! Thank you all again!

16th Apr 2026 (18 days ago)Awful money grabbers Do not use these people to rent They will try and keep your deposit for no good reason. I left the house in a perfectly good condition (confirmed by the landlord) The review they left of the house was awful made out I’d left it in a tip. Also want to charge me a days rent for handing the keys back early when my tenancy ended on Easter Sunday so there was no way I could give the keys back. Even after I gave 6 weeks notice instead of 4. They were closed on the Sunday as it was a bank holiday and subsequently would have been closed on the Monday too. Awful awful people avoid at all costs!!!!!
29th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)Highly recommend!!! I chose to use Your Move, because I liked the idea of using the 'open house' and 'offers over' method of marketing. I have sold several houses over the years and this was by far the quickest, smoothest and definitely most stress free sale I've made. Total transaction time, 9.5 weeks from the first appraisal with Paul to completion. My property was available with vacant possession and I wanted to be able to hand over the keys and just let the agent do what they were being paid to do. This was certainly the case. My sale was handled by Sadie who is clearly very experienced at what she does. She kept me updated with progress on a weekly basis and all communication with her was clear and concise. Your Move were definitely not the cheapest agent on the High Street and Paul was upfront about this at our first meeting. I did have to take this into consideration obviously. However, all things considered, I definitely made the right decision to appoint Your Move and Sadie did a fabulous job. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

With excellent communication at every step, a personalised plan for our house sale, great eye to detail, always one step ahead, discussing options, listening to what we wanted, taking positive action to move things along, we would thoroughly recommend Bartleys to everyone. They say moving house is in the top 10 most stressful life events - which makes it even more important to have the right estate agent looking after you and seeing the sale through to completion. They were very helpful and supportive throughout the whole of my tenancy with them. Very easy to access for any queries or problems that I had and made sure I was dealt with straight away. I couldn’t have asked for a better letting agent to start my renting journey. Thank you Oakton Estates. I pray God blesses each and every one of you on the team abundantly, you are all great.
3rd Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)I was buying a property via King Homes The sale of my property fell through I informed Kong Homes immediately Several weeks later the house i was buying was put back on the market without even bothering to inform me It came up on my emails via Right Move I was prepared to pay the extra stamp duty but was never given that opportunity. Even my solicitor was shocked at such shocking treatment. King homes even had the cheek to offer to sell my home for me. Which I would have never accepted after such shocking service.
