14th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)I have known Mrs Waters for many years. Sadly it is dealing after bereavements. Mrs Waters is sympathetic, kind but also very professional and efficient which helped me cope at such a distressing time. I cannot speak highly enough of her.

8th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)We dealt with Matthew Irvine from day one, our first sale fell through so it was a drawn out transaction (5 months) but we found Matthew responsive and helpful throughout, we needed more detailed measurements of the house and although we were committed and would have bought the property in any case, Matthew provided us with a virtual tour which helped alot as we were only able to view once and were buying from Devon. Matthew was approachable and courtious and always responded to our requests for information, so I would say he did a pretty good job with this transaction which was quite stressful for us, we have now relocated and are enjoying our new surroundings :-)

20th Jun 2025 (9 mo. ago)Valuation was good. Did not seem to be proactive enough. Two people were interested but Martin and Co did not come back to them. All they suggested was lowering the price. We eventually sold for full ask at the original price via new agent
28th Sep 2025 (5 mo. ago)Rebecca from Howland Jones was very positive about my house, saying she was sure that there was someone who would really appreciate it's features. This proved to be true as the house sold in under a fortnight after the adverts went live. Her valuation (£40000 greater than another estate agent) proved to be accurate as the purchase was agreed at only £5000 below the asking price.
27th Nov 2025 (17 weeks ago)The Just Move team were brilliant from beginning to exchange of contracts. They have good local knowledge which really helped find the right purchaser. Kept me well informed and were very good at communication all through the process. Well done I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

We dealt with other estate agents in our buying process who left a lot to be desired to say the least and showed the vast gulf in class between local everyday operators and Eliza. Will be recommending her to anyone that asks!
