I cannot recommend the team highly enough... efficient, communicative, patient, organised, flexible, responsive and above all kind to me.

Choosing a estate agents to sell your home and putting all your trust into them is one thing, 5 weeks into a agreed sale to then be told there not even sure the buyers have even got a mortgage in principle, Chris the sales guy was trying to purchase some of the land attached to the property and trying to dictate sales to suit the purchase of the land is very unprofessional, we then decided we wanted to change estate agents due to the unprofessionalism and Chris decided to call up the new estate agents and try to sabotage the new listing, we then had a viewing on the property via the new estate agents and the potential buyer called chosen by mistake Chris was not finished he started slating the property and tried his best to put them off, we are extremely Disappointed with this type of behaviour and unprofessionalism, shocking to think your trusting these people to sell your home .

28th Jun 2023 (10 mo. ago)Multiple emails by both myself and the building owner to different agents and website communication points, for well over a month with no reply. Laughable lack of communication. I can't even say that they are refusing to return the deposit, or made up an excuse to avoid doing it, as they have dropped all communications entirely.
