Generated limited number of viewings and did not qualify leads particularly well e.g. our apartment is on the 3rd floor next to a railway line and a number of viewers mentioned they were worried there was no lift and that it was too close to the train lines. First set of photographs of the apartment (when advertisement is most likely to have the biggest impact) were not good - the colours looked washed out). Only 'strategy' to create more viewings was to reduce the asking price by £100k!... Read more

Don't go any where near Dexters in Teddington. They will overvalue your house and promise you the world to get you on board, then they will tie you in to a lengthy contract that you can't get out of when it becomes clear they are not able to deliver on any of their promises. They don't care about you or your situation, to them the more houses they have the more they will sell. It is a greedy and simplistic business model. We were bitterly disappointed and let down by this company, they blatantly lied to us about what they could achieve and the value of our home even though we made it clear we were in a time sensitive situation....
