Jonathan was absolutely great with the viewings and getting our offer accepted, even with it being under the asking price. Grace was amazing with chasing the solicitors and sellers which kept everything moving and led to us completing in just over two months. So pleased with our new property and honestly cannot recommend enough the Four Oaks team at Paul Carr!

22nd Sep 2026 (5 days ago)I have recently sold a large property in Four Oaks and had 3 estate agents value it initially.<br>I felt the valuation given by Acres was fair and reasonable. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the manager Chris and his assistant Katrina.<br>The marketing of the property was classy and used social media.<br>This generated 18 viewings in 2 weeks and resulted in a sealed bids scenario of 6 offers for best and final offer.<br>Acres were excellent in checking out the status and proof of funds behind each offer.<br>There was an office WhatsApp number that was really useful to get in touch with the agents quickly, and they were very responsive.<br>The sale completed with no hitches and would recommend Acres to anyone looking for a professional estate agent that gets the job done.

Not only were they amazingly attentive when I sold my house but the team who manage my rental property are wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble and it really doesn’t feel like I’m a landlord because they resolve every issue, from checking potential renters to arranging workmen to fix niggles in the property. Gemma and Lauren are amazing.

She is an absolute credit to the team.<br><br>Bethany is an amazing listener, caring, attentive, and really shows that she has taken the time to listen.<br><br>Her professionalism, knowledge and genuine care really stood out to me. It is clear that she takes pride in what she does. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better person to deal with.<br><br>I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Bethany to anyone looking for an estate agent who genuinely puts their clients first.<br><br>After dealing with her, I was so impressed that I did question whether she could be flawless in every way, that's until she shared her taste in music with me. From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.

We have purchased our new property through HS Homes, and from the start of the process to the end we have had a great service. Nicola has been fantastic and kept us updated on any developments throughout so we were always fully aware of what was happening elsewhere in the chain. We really appreciated Nicola's proactive approach and feel that without Nicola and Fran's efforts to get our sale over the line we would still be waiting to exchange. A huge thank you to HS Homes. On the occasions we did need to liaise with Acres, the point of contact was Katie Law who was always available & helpful.
