I know Royston Lund as Mark Evans, whom I dealt with originally prior to his retirement. Royston Lund then took over the business and continued their excellent reputation, and also honoured Mark Evans original quotation. We mainly dealt with Sally but all of the team were equally attentive and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again should we come to sell. Thank you! Fiona and Luca

They were very patient with me, and always easy to contact. They accommodated me wherever possible and never made me feel like an inconvenience even though I can guarantee that I was! 6th Jun 2026 (21 days ago)Acres have been extremely good regarding the sale of my mother's home. We had 3 quotes. Acres appeared to be the most realistic. In fact, they achieved 92%. Another valuation would have achieved just 78%. They were also the best value for money. They were very professional all the way through. They produced a great brochure that attracted a dozen viewings within a fortnight and an offer that we were happy to accept. Lorraine guided us through the whole process brilliantly, answering our questions, giving advice, in a friendly manner all through what became a difficult process for us. Thank you.

The process was very efficient and Sam was always at the end of the phone to help. If Sam was ever busy, Dave and Karen were super helpful with any queries and questions too. Highly recommend!!

12th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)Responsive and friendly staff with a professional demeanor. However the property I looked at yesterday was very far from satisfactory. It looked great in the advert pictures and description. So I travelled all the way from Warwick joining my son in Birmingham spending the whole day (9 hours ultimately) in the rain just to look at this travesty. Things wrong with that house. Artex ceilings, generally tasteless decor, bathroom needed redoing and the kitchen. Network installation boasted about in the advert was just a load of unfinished wires, PV solar batteries just strewn all over the garage floor. No racking, no controller. Basically the whole house needed gutting and replastering. Dodgy unfinished bare brick laundry extension. This property should've been advertised as a fixer upper at best. This is the sort of thing that gives estate agents a bad reputation
31st May 2026 (27 days ago)Hi everyone Very poor service. I would not recommend this agency. I rented a property through them and paid an advance deposit. When my payment was due to be returned, I had to send more than 20 emails and make over 100 phone calls before I finally received my money back after 6 months. Based on my experience, I strongly do not recommend this agency. Please be very careful before dealing with them. Kind regards, Junaid Khan
