Liars and thieves...<br>Rented a property from them that was in an appalling and dirty state, with mould growing all over the walls and a carpet that had never been cleaned in its 20yr lifetime, and bathroom tiles that were yellow with grime, and that was the tip of the iceberg, Yet they had listed all these things in their inventory as "Good Condition - Clean" (Inspection carried out by themselves of course) and it was simply not true... Had to pay a professional cleaner to bring the house into a livable standard at my own expense...<br><br>When it came to leaving the property, they demanded large cleaning bills claiming the property had been left dirty, which again - was not true... Property was left in a higher standard that passed to us.<br>It's clear all they do, is hand you a property and list everything as perfect, then when you leave list everything as imperfect and demand money for it.<br><br>Crooks, liars and thieves... Avoid being robbed by these agents.

Not only were they amazingly attentive when I sold my house but the team who manage my rental property are wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble and it really doesn’t feel like I’m a landlord because they resolve every issue, from checking potential renters to arranging workmen to fix niggles in the property. Gemma and Lauren are amazing.

From start to finish, the whole journey has been fantastic, and the level of service has been far beyond what I expected.<br><br>A special thank you to Fran, who has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. Her communication has been clear, honest and consistent every step of the way. Unlike your average estate agent, Fran genuinely cares about her clients and always went out of her way to keep me updated even when there wasn’t much to report. I never had to chase for information because she was always one step ahead, making sure I knew exactly what was happening.<br><br>There were never any pressure tactics just honest advice, professionalism, and genuine support from someone who clearly takes pride in her work. A huge credit also goes to Fran’s wonderful team, who were equally friendly, helpful and professional throughout. It’s clear they all work together to provide an exceptional service and truly put their clients first.<br><br>If you’re looking to buy or sell a property, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. It was both a pleasure dealing with Katie during the process of the house sale and, when required, Katie's expertise and advice was invaluable. My overall experience was therefore an excellent, high quality and friendly service from Acres in general and Katie in particular.
17th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
