4th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)The overall experience was very good , if I were to find any criticism at all it would be around continuity of communication I had great initial contact with Alex but one the listing was established it was difficult to maintain that contact as he was frequently out of the office and no mobile contact was offered. The other people in the Coalville office all seemed to be part timers so the continuity of communication with the same people suffered quite a bit. The seller dashboard could benefit from more regular updating.

Our property sold within a few days, all due to their hard work, and the support we have received from them all through has been incredible. I've been phoning on and off between 12.50 and 2.17...nothing....

They even secured me a buyer no messing around but unfortunately matters beyond my control I couldn’t go ahead and once again they were understanding and patient. Choosing a estate agents to sell your home and putting all your trust into them is one thing, 5 weeks into a agreed sale to then be told there not even sure the buyers have even got a mortgage in principle, Chris the sales guy was trying to purchase some of the land attached to the property and trying to dictate sales to suit the purchase of the land is very unprofessional, we then decided we wanted to change estate agents due to the unprofessionalism and Chris decided to call up the new estate agents and try to sabotage the new listing, we then had a viewing on the property via the new estate agents and the potential buyer called chosen by mistake Chris was not finished he started slating the property and tried his best to put them off, we are extremely Disappointed with this type of behaviour and unprofessionalism, shocking to think your trusting these people to sell your home .
