They seemed to generate a lot of interest thus resulting in many viewings. The staff at Paul Carr were very thorough and professional keeping us up to date with all necessary information from the moment we accepted a bid right through to the sale of our property. This was all replicated with the purchase of our new property.

They were happy to help with any questions, extra viewings and then at the end the lovely touch when we got our keys of a keyring, beautifully smelling candle and matches was the cherry and a beautiful cake :)

When we got everything confirmed, Louise and Nicola were incredibly helpful and made the process so simple. Would definitely recommend!

18th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)Was looking for properties recently. Green and Company were excellent in arranging viewings but also in notifying any potential upcoming properties before going live. This assisted with seeing what was coming or of interest. Found a property with another agent but would not hesitate to use Green and Company in the future if selling or looking to buy.
2nd Jan 2026 (12 weeks ago)I did start to sell my flat with them but found better agents. over 2 months later my property gets shown on their site for sale on 25/12/25 to 2/1/26. Burchell Edwards are not my agents who are selling my flat nor professiol too in their dealings. this is vintictive attack to mess up my sale. dont trust them.
20th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)Upon making the huge decision to sell our family home we contacted a local estate agent in Tamworth who were useless. They over priced our house so that all the properties around ours were selling but not ours, they didn't market the sale enough or keep in touch with us. Then we found Bairstow Eves !!! My word what a difference from day one !!!! All the staff are incredible, I can't recommend them enough! But it was Kelly who blew me away , she was totally on the ball absolutely 100% committed to selling our house and always updating us regularly on the journey. Kelly activity sought out buyers & she had more viewers attend our house in one week than the previous estate agent had in 3 months. Kelly was on hand all the time for calls & responded to emails immediately. Kelly went above and beyond to reassure us and smooth the journey, being professional & friendly at all times . It's a big deal to sell a house, with all the legal procedures & processes but Kelly and all the staff at Bairstow Eves were there all the way to the last minute. Fantastic service. Thankyou.

8th Feb 2026 (7 weeks ago)I was very pleased with the communication between Paul from the Cleckheaton Branch and myself, he talked me through everything and was available when I needed questions answered, I was updated at all times of prospective buyers of my property and of course helped to guide me through the sale which I was grateful for.
24th Mar 2026 (3 days ago)The seller of the property I was buying was buying a leasehold property. This lead to problems but the Sales Progressor, Jade Holmes at Wilkins always kept me updated throughout the prolonged struggle, explaining , in a very professional manner, the problems that arose. All of these problems related to the Leasholders , and were of no fault of the Estate agents. Once the lease was agreed everything went through at lightning speed thanks to Jade.
17th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)We feel that the original advertising could have been better, the original photos didn't present the property as well as they could have. That being said, the market was slow at the start of the year, so its hard to separate the impact of advertising from wider market conditions. When we did start to question the advertising Andrew Downing-Booth came out to redo the photos himself, so we have no complaints about the quality or responsiveness of their customer service team. The office team are also great, they're easy to speak with and very quick at communicating between buyers and sellers.

From the First day I asked to view the house I was interested She has go above and beyond to make the home we want our dream home. I would 100% recommend to buy with this easte agent Maisie has been in the other end of a phone call or email if I need her.
