Friendly efficient and consistent service from the viewing all the way through to the letting. They are also managing the property I let through them which I'm pleased about it as they are very easy to get hold of and always on hand to help, I couldn't have asked for a better service!

It is the worst Lettings agency. I called them 1 week, sent a lot of emails, and even went to their office in Lichfield from Sutton. They didn't answer me at all. Their office was closed on Tuesday at 2 pm, although it had to be opened. Disgusting attitude to customers ????

As a tenant, Bergason have always responded very quickly to any maintenance requests. I would highly recommend them for tenants as they don't just look after their landlords, they are always on hand to help us when we need them as it was the first time I have rented with my family they took the worry out of moving in.
