4th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)The overall experience was very good , if I were to find any criticism at all it would be around continuity of communication I had great initial contact with Alex but one the listing was established it was difficult to maintain that contact as he was frequently out of the office and no mobile contact was offered. The other people in the Coalville office all seemed to be part timers so the continuity of communication with the same people suffered quite a bit. The seller dashboard could benefit from more regular updating.

14th Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)I have been trying to contact this estate agent to enquire about a property for over one and a quarter hours...no reply to my call...just an answer machine...I would be fuming if I was the vendor...very unsatisfactory... unbelievable in fact... I've been phoning on and off between 12.50 and 2.17...nothing....

From the very start every aspect of the process was handled by them in an extremely professional confident way. Excellent photos and brochure, every viewing was handled by them and every stage of the sale was managed by them. We were confident in knowing the whole process was being totally professionally managed. We would only choose Whiteheads for our future estate agency business.

The house was up with them for 4 weeks in that time we never heard from them regarding anything and requested a sign to be put up outside the house and it never arrived after asking multiple times. The initial contract they tried to sign us up for was 6 months which is disgusting considering the lack of effort or energy they put in to at least try and sell the house.- 19th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Our experience has been great from start to finish, would recommend them to friends and family.
30th Dec 2023 (18 weeks ago)Really pleased with Bettermove, they sold my tenanted property to an investor within 10 days of listing it. Everything they promised they delivered on. Great communictaion and nice to speak to someone outside of office hours too. 5 stars!!
26th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)We've had a bad experience through the whole process of selling a property. They over value the property and fix their fee. Then advised us to put on at a lower guide price so we didn't get the price for the property we wanted. Your fixed in a contract with them for 16 weeks. The agent that was doing a viewing let a family member of our buyer tamper with the electric box and leave it unscrewed with fuses left out. We then had to wait 3 days for them to send an electrician round to sort it out.
