2nd Jun 2026 (9 weeks ago)We sold our property and also brought with John german the whole experience was made so easy constantly keeping us upto date with feedback on the viewings we had and working hard to show us property's, everyone was so friendly and tried there best to answer any concerns we had , to be given a dedicated member of staff once we had sold and brought to do all the chasing up was amazing and took the pressure off us (thanks vicky) .I would highly recommend John german and would not hesitate to use again .

As we went round<br>He definitely wasn't pushy nor any sales person pitch patter!! 31st Jul 2026 (3 days ago)As first time landlords, letting a parent’s property we were inexperienced about choosing a tenant and tenant/landlord laws and responsibilities. It was important to us that we found tenants that would look after the property and be respectful of neighbours. We wanted to be responsible landlords, conscious that our property would be someone’s home. With Kerry’s honed expertise, she offered a selection of people and we secured the perfect tenants for our property. We found we could wholly rely on Kerry’s advice, who made the process efficient and hassle free. We felt she dealt with us with the utmost integrity and professionalism. She is very knowledgeable, answered all our queries and was very mindful of our requirements.<br>During the management of the property Sophie proved to be responsive, always answering the phone quickly, getting back to us when promised and dealing with management issues. We also found it useful to be reminded when landlord responsibilities were due for renewal and welcomed the comprehensive inspection reports.<br>The end of the tenancy process was well managed.<br>We would highly recommend Northwood’s management services.<br>Thank you to the whole team at Northwood.<br><br>Updated review following sale of the property<br><br>Northwood’s sales team were first class supporting us all the way through what at times can prove to be a very demanding process. The listing of the property went very smoothly and the quality of the photographs to support the sale were excellent. Viewings were dealt with by Northwood and were conducted in a very professional manner. We were informed at all times about the viewings and any feedback received from potential buyers. The house sold in the first week of being listed and we felt confident that the follow on process leading to completion was in safe hands. The solicitors recommended by Northwood were first rate and the process was relatively straight forward. Communication with Annie and Abi have been fantastic answering all our questions when requested and keeping us informed of progress all the way through from listing to completion. Special mention to Abi for chasing the solicitors and helping to move things forward while keeping us in the loop at all times. Annie and her team delivered for us and we could not ask for more. Highly recommended.
31st Jul 2026 (3 days ago)after the property i was originally going to rent fell through at the last minute i found a property with bagshaws uttoxeter, fell in love with it met alice for the viewing who was lovely, i explained that i was down on timing and i needed a fast turnaround, in a week i had viewed, been referenced and had arranged to collect the keys. Alice was great , friendly and kept me in the loop with all that was happening to ensure everything went smoothly and quick which was ideal. really great and stress free experience would 100% recommend
22nd Jul 2026 (12 days ago)My experience with Bagshaws Bakewell was consistently poor from start to finish.<br>Across the full 20?week contract, the property generated only four viewings, and no meaningful strategy, communication, or performance management was provided at any stage. I repeatedly had to chase for updates, no feedback from any viewings, and basic actions, and there was no proactive attempt to address the lack of progress.Despite the clear underperformance, Bagshaws insisted on enforcing the full contract term, offering no flexibility and no review of their service. Even removing the listing required multiple follow?ups before anything was actioned.I have since submitted a formal complaint to the Property Ombudsman (TPO) regarding the service, communication, and contract enforcement.Based on my experience, I would not recommend Bagshaws Bakewell.

Excellent customer service especially from Alice and Maddie, and we worked with Amelia Bland for our mortgage who was so incredibly helpful and went above and beyond (even sending some documents across on a Saturday when she wasn't at work so we could offer on a house). Thank you all so much. We'd highly recommend the Frank Innes team and Amelia to anyone!

From the moment Matt arrived to talk through the process and pricing, we felt very well looked after. The photographs and particulars are very high quality indeed - nothing was too much trouble and they use the very latest tech. Viewings were frequent and we were always given details about the position of those coming to view by Debbie, Charlotte, Emily and Jayne. Then, once we had found a buyer, the progression was well managed by Becci too. Thanks to everyone involved for a job well done.

18th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Georgia at Belper office was absolutely brilliant. She was the only professional in our house chain that pushed to get information and get the deal over the line. One niggle is that when staff answer the phone they don’t give their name and which office they are at. It’s a bit unprofessional and you never know who you are talking to.
