28th Feb 2024 (6 mo. ago)Valued, marketed and sold a house as a standard construction property. It turns out to be a non-standard construction, that requires a non-standard mortgage and non-standard insurance. I can't re-mortgage or sell the house, let alone for the price I paid. From a first time buyer with money in the bank, to the brink of bankruptcy in less than two years. After following the complaints procedure I was left with 'resolution' that amounts to we didn't know, so we don't care. The devastating financial loss and emotional distress has been handled despicably. No regulation, no liability, no care or concern.

8th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)Leaders in general have been the best lettings agency I’ve dealt with in Derby, but I’d specifically like to talk about my experience with Leah Bostock. I have been going through an extremely difficult time recently, being faced with stress from every possible angle including that of having to leave my property and move to another city. Without going into detail, Leah has been an absolute rock in guiding me through this difficult process and showed so much support and kindness that you would never expect from a stranger. She’s been so patient and understanding, took it upon herself to take care of all the bureaucracy side of things on my behalf and offered warmth and support through every step of the way. I know that to her I might be just another tenant, but to me she will always be a Good Samaritan who helped me through a really difficult time and I really wish more people (and agents) were like this. Thank you so much Leah! ( and Leaders, this lady deserves a raise!).
28th Aug 2024 (23 days ago)Worse agacy ever I'm have. If something broken like water leak you raport wait more then 7 days to somebody answer you. Same if you have any problem you send email you wait 7 days to reply from them. When you call nobody answer you leave voice massage not call you back. They call you tell you incredible story you have dog in home but you don't have. Never again cooperate with that agecy
4th Sep 2024 (16 days ago)I’ve used this company for lettings they have caused me many problems and thousands of pounds of repairs. With their clearly inadequate vetting of prospective tenants. Avoid if you value your property and hard earned cash. I’ve been landlord and developer for over 30years. I’ve used all of em these are the worst.there is still one or two gooduns out there. They managed to get me an incredibly quick sale. Moving home is such a stressful process but I was glad I had Your Move as my estate agents as I felt they did everything they could to make it go as quick and smooth as possible.

The valuation exceeded those we received from other agents within the area and in hindsight proved to be too high given the work required to bring the probate house up to standard. After initial viewings all went quiet. Perhaps we should have taken the lead and suggested an earlier price drop. Communication re the sales team was excellent as were the attended viewings. Overall the experience has been positive though perhaps could have been more focused when viewings were lacking.
13th Jul 2024 (10 weeks ago)No idea how this estate agent sells houses or if they only earmark properties they post for specific clients/buyers already known to the business. Very oddly run, you phone up and are put through to an admin team of sorts, never an agent. They will take your details and say they will pass it onto the agent who will allegedly phone you themselves, they won’t give you the agents details either so you have to just wait for this call. It’s been just over a week of me trying to view a particular property, phoned in multiple times to no avail. - Update, if you find out who the agent dealing with the property is, you can try find their contact details on the actual website, the lady I dealt with was actually sound & treated me the way I’d expect to be, like 90% of other estate agent companies would’ve.
