2nd Jun 2026 (17 days ago)We sold our property and also brought with John german the whole experience was made so easy constantly keeping us upto date with feedback on the viewings we had and working hard to show us property's, everyone was so friendly and tried there best to answer any concerns we had , to be given a dedicated member of staff once we had sold and brought to do all the chasing up was amazing and took the pressure off us (thanks vicky) .I would highly recommend John german and would not hesitate to use again .

Hannah was very persistent in maintaining contact with me when 2 years had passed with another agency and no success. Thank you for being so helpful and professional Hannah. Once I made the decision to relaunch with Redbrick things moved so efficiently and smoothly, the online challenges I experienced were supported by Lisa and Ellice and within about 10 days the house was sold. I appreciate the diligence, prompt communications and conducting viewings when I was unavailable. Overall I am delighted and very impressed with the team. Thank you.

Everyone we dealt with was helpful, but a special shout-out goes to Chelsea, who was fantastic from start to finish. She was incredibly proactive, always chasing solicitors, keeping us updated, and doing everything she could to help us get to completion smoothly. Highly recommend!- 10th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I arranged my mortgage through Olivia for my first home and she was so, so helpful. She took her time explaining things to me and went through options in detail, answering all of my questions and helping me secure the best deal. I definitely recommend!

9th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)As executors for our late Aunt we chose to use Dales and Peaks to sell our Aunt’s holiday cottage. From the initial and occasional contact with Hannah and the more regular contact with Jayden and other members of staff, Dales and Peaks we’re there to ensure a smooth sale. We live over an hour away from the property being sold so Dales and Peaks were happy to have a set of keys to conduct viewings and any other visits necessary as part of the sales process. We would definitely recommend Dales and Peaks and we thank them for their excellent service.

All staff were very friendly and welcoming, they where happy to answer any questions we did have
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
18th Jul 2024 (1 year ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.
