Some information given me prior to agreeing to go with Bagshaws was not correct. Price guide for similar properties showed several advertisements for our property from 10 years ago. Just received after several weeks confirmation of property details. Changed Office within Bagshaws to early to conclude yet.

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. Paul was very pleasant, and realistic about what to market my property at, and discussed the best strategy to sell. The pictures were great and very thorough. Sharon kept me up to date with the process and was always lovely on the phone, and she regularly made contact with both myself and the buyer. I would very much recommend New Oak Estates to those house hunting and selling, and if i move house again I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again
