31st May 2024 (10 mo. ago)We used GAP estate agent to sell our property. All the staff were friendly and excellent in their communication with us. Every query or matter was dealt with promptly. A special thanks to Laura and Jan who we mainly dealt with. Laura certainly went that extra mile to help wherever she could. We were also recommended a local couple for conducting viewings and they were excellent. Overall a very good experience and we would recommend GAP. Thank you.
21st Jun 2024 (10 mo. ago)Having made an absolutely seamless purchase of my new bungalow guided and aided by Kirsty McCormick who was so professional from our first phone call to the last call saying everything had completed. Communication was first class Kirsty was plain speaking with her explaining Scottish property law to us as with most law related things 50 words where a few will explain the situation as good and that is what Kirsty did on a number of occasions. A complete pleasure to deal with Kirsty thank you.

Not a run of the mill sale, a few quirks, but the staff made big efforts to ensure things went as smoothly as possible. Always on hand to answer queries or find answers. ( I had a few). Always patient. Always professional but most of all welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend them. Thank you Baird Lumsden and all of your staff.

2nd Mar 2024 (1 year ago)Williamson & Henry are currently working as our estate agents. Our main point of contact is Stephanie. She explained the process of listing our property very clearly and the whole process of taking photos, video tour, advertising and viewings was explained in a straight forward manner. The office keep in touch on a regular basis. Stephanie is very approachable and is always on hand should any questions arise. She is very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Williamson and Henry.

Quiet hides and plenty of lovely benches to sit and think. Very helpful volunteer at the main office and I believe that boat trips to the castle are available when volunteers are available. Sadly not when we visited but that didn’t spoil our enjoyment

26th Nov 2021 (3 years ago)In their correspondence emails they warn about companies in this field. they say "this is a red flag and would indicate you are NOT dealing with a reputable company! • Drop their offer at the last minute - If a serious structural issue is raised during the survey, this may affect the offer price. However, a genuine home buyer would NEVER try to renegotiate their formal offer based on cosmetic concerns. " This is exactly what they did so this is a red flag and would indicate you are NOT dealing with a reputable company!

18th Nov 2024 (22 weeks ago)If you would like your property grossly under valued with a poor sale's team. Or even a valuation that isn't worth the paper it's written on. I highly recommend using DM hall. Disastrous experience in both selling and valuing 2 seperate property's.
