Their admin team quickly produced a quality brochure and a 3D tour, and within a week of instruction their sales negotiators had agreed a sale. Their progressions team tenaciously kept everything moving along with both legal teams, and they provided a weekly update so we always knew what was happening. Our final exchange and completion were very smooth too. We would recommend Lovelle to anyone wanting a quality Estate Agency to assist with their property sale.

3rd Dec 2024 (16 weeks ago)I can't recommend Starkey & Brown enough. I was kept informed every step of the way, both Aimee and Lucy were so helpful. I found myself calling them to ask questions rather than my solicitor and the estate agents that were selling my house.

21st Sep 2024 (6 mo. ago)Highly recommend Bell Watson, although they weren't our estate agent that were selling our property we bought our forever home through them. We had a long journey due to previous buyers pulling out so weren't even sure we'd still be able to buy the house we wanted. Thankfully our 3rd time lucky buyer came along and everything fell back into place. All the ladies in the office I spoke to at some point throughout the process and they were reassuring, friendly and bent over backwards to help when things got stressful. Thankyou for all you have done for us. ??????????
The Savills team, (Michelle especially) were very pro-active, very professional, constantly kept us informed, and provided solutions when we needed to overcome issues. Very impressed & worth every penny. Many thanks for helping to make the whole experience as least stressful as possible.
