Bell Watson provided an exceptional service during the sale of my property. Their assessment of the proposed sale price was both professional and fair. Photographs and advertisements were excellent and assistance was provided to me in obtaining the required certifications. I was kept fully informed of the viability of would be purchasers and feedback was obtained and passed back to me after all viewings. The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable and what could have been a stressful time was made far more pleasant.
