6th Feb 2019 (5 years ago)After having spoke with every estate agent in Blackpool while looking for investment properties to buy, it became very clear, very quickly that Christie King were the most professional of them all. Not only that they have gone above and beyond in what they have done for me, they continue to provide me with a outstanding service. I have purchased one property through them and now use them to manage my investment property with another being added soon. They are a small team with excellent local knowledge and expertise, Oliver looks after me mainly and I can't recommend them highly enough.

I have to commend the services of Emily and Jessica at Unique Estate Agency Fleetwood who got me my viewing when i wanted, and took care of all the minor detail from here forward. An excellent service I would say and would almost certainly be my next option when rebuying or renting. Thanks to all the Team x

I could not have asked for more when it comes to the hospitable way they have treated me. Five stars, because there is no six stars.

The team could not have been more helpful , great communication , so many headaches trying to sell the property but they dealt with them all as they came along . This has been such a difficult time for me and my family and Rita’s Lettings were wonderful ,caring , kind, considerate and professional .

I wanted to schedule a viewing for the week but only one person was able to show the house who wasn't available at the time we requested. I've made 3 attempts to now contact this individual and they have still not replied or returned my phonecall. Disgusting service. Renting property shouldn't be this hard.
3rd Feb 2024 (13 weeks ago)We recently sold our house with Jordan from W and J properties. It was five star service all the way. Excellent contact throughout and regular updates on the sale which went extremely well. We had been in the same house for 40 years and needed to downsize. W and J properties came highly recommended and lived up to their reputation. The price was excellent and the service superb. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company.
