It would've been good to meet with the agent that was showing our property, so we can explain to him more about the property, but overall we're very happy. Quick responses, dealing with queries efficiently and very professional throughout.

Jenna has gone above and beyond to support one of our young people as they move from supported accommodation into their own home.<br>She has been there every step of the way, showing incredible patience, understanding and kindness throughout the whole process. She has been particularly supportive and understanding when it comes to arranging the deposit and rent in advance payments, making what could have been a stressful process so much easier.<br>It is clear that Jenna genuinely cares about the people she supports, and her patience, professionalism and dedication have made such a positive difference. Helping a young person take this important step towards independence is so valuable, and we are extremely grateful for everything she has done.<br>I would highly recommend Martin & Co Blackpool to anyone looking for decent, good quality and affordable flats in Blackpool. The service is second to none, and Jenna is a real credit to the team.<br>Thank you for going above and beyond and helping make such an important milestone possible.

Always updated by mark and input into price reductions etc when some other properties were advertised or sold . Would use again great area knowledge compared to others we tried

The level of communication provided by everyone at Crown Estate Agents was outstanding throughout the entire transaction.<br><br>We are especially grateful to Lisa. The purchase became extremely complicated because of three outstanding charges registered against the property, which caused the transaction to become stuck. Lisa went far beyond what would normally be expected from an estate agent. She contacted the third-party solicitors, communicated with the bank’s solicitors and gathered information from the relevant authorities, including HM Land Registry, to help everyone understand how the matter could legally be resolved.<br><br>Lisa guided all the parties, followed up continuously and obtained updates every day. She made sure that important information was shared promptly between the seller, solicitors, bank and buyer. Her persistence, professionalism and determination played a major part in getting the charges removed, clearing the title and bringing the transaction to a successful completion.<br><br>Without Lisa’s hard work and constant involvement, it would have been extremely difficult to clear the title and complete this purchase. She did not treat this as simply another property sale; she took genuine responsibility for helping to resolve every obstacle.<br><br>Mr Martin and the other Crown Estate Agents staff were also extremely helpful, responsive and professional from beginning to end. I have always been extremely happy with the level of care and service I receive as a landlord. All the staff are very helpful and work hard to find the best tenant. If I have problems or queries they are only too willing to advise me. Their level of care is amazing!! If you are looking for a first class agent I fully recommend Move Holmes.

Although the property sale did not go as smoothly as planned, Rebecca was always helpful, approachable, and quick to respond. She kept everyone engaged throughout the process and worked hard to help bring the sale to completion. Thanks for persistence and service!

13th Jun 2026 (20 weeks ago)? 1 Star (would give 0 if possible) Extremely poor communication and a complete waste of my time. I repeatedly contacted Kays over several weeks regarding a commercial property they were advertising for lease. Every time I called, I was told they did not yet have access to the premises and that they would contact me as soon as a viewing could be arranged. Despite numerous follow-up calls from me, nobody ever got back to me as promised. When I eventually called again for an update, I was informed that the property had already been let to someone else. If the property was attracting interest, I would have expected basic communication and professionalism. Instead, I was left chasing updates for weeks while receiving the same response over and over again, only to find out the opportunity had been given to someone else. This reflects very poorly on the service provided to prospective tenants and raises questions about how effectively properties are being marketed on behalf of landlords. I would not recommend dealing with this agency based on my experience.

We bought one house and sold two houses within 6 months . They were very professional , courteous and friendly too. Which made approaching them easy. Nothing was to much trouble . So much so that I feel I have made a little friend with Eve . I would definitely use Unquie again and recommend anyone that is thinking of selling or buying to use them . Thank you to you all at Unique for making a stressful time less stressful .

She kept me up to date and was very accommodating when I asked for any additional information.<br><br>Although there were several delays with the buyers side on my previous property, Krishnaa remained calm and professional and even passed on my apologies to the vendor as I was very conscious my side was holding up the completion.<br><br>We got there finally and I am very happy in my new home and would recommend Krishnaa and the team at Sell My Home for sure, thank you all
