We appreciate difficult selling markets but when working in those a realistic and honest approach from the estate agent to the seller is vital but unfortunately not something that this agent achieved in our experience

It would've been good to meet with the agent that was showing our property, so we can explain to him more about the property, but overall we're very happy. Quick responses, dealing with queries efficiently and very professional throughout.

Always updated by mark and input into price reductions etc when some other properties were advertised or sold . Would use again great area knowledge compared to others we tried

My experience of Crown Estates was a perfect combination of exceptional professionalism, genuine care and outstanding value — I would recommend without hesitation. It’s difficult to put into words just how grateful I am to Lisa for everything she has done for me throughout the sale of my home. Selling a home, especially on your own, can be such a challenging and emotional process, but Lisa was incredibly patient, supportive and so generous with her time. There were moments when it felt like it might never happen, but she was always there — listening, reassuring me, talking things through. What stood out most was that she never made me feel like I was asking too much or that I was simply another client. She showed such warmth, care and understanding throughout, and went far beyond what I could ever have expected from an estate agent. Having Lisa alongside me made such a difference. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for anyone better to have been part of the journey. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for an estate agent who truly cares about their clients. Lisa, thank you for everything. I’m so grateful for your kindness, support and everything you did to help me get to this point. You are an absolute credit to the profession. ?? 16th May 2026 (18 weeks ago)I have used Move Holmes since they opened and before that I used two rental agents that Debbie worked for. I have always been extremely happy with the level of care and service I receive as a landlord. All the staff are very helpful and work hard to find the best tenant. If I have problems or queries they are only too willing to advise me. Their level of care is amazing!! If you are looking for a first class agent I fully recommend Move Holmes.

13th Jun 2026 (14 weeks ago)? 1 Star (would give 0 if possible) Extremely poor communication and a complete waste of my time. I repeatedly contacted Kays over several weeks regarding a commercial property they were advertising for lease. Every time I called, I was told they did not yet have access to the premises and that they would contact me as soon as a viewing could be arranged. Despite numerous follow-up calls from me, nobody ever got back to me as promised. When I eventually called again for an update, I was informed that the property had already been let to someone else. If the property was attracting interest, I would have expected basic communication and professionalism. Instead, I was left chasing updates for weeks while receiving the same response over and over again, only to find out the opportunity had been given to someone else. This reflects very poorly on the service provided to prospective tenants and raises questions about how effectively properties are being marketed on behalf of landlords. I would not recommend dealing with this agency based on my experience.

The sale was concluded quickly and we never had to chase for information. Finally, the fee was very reasonable and among the most competitive in the area. We would highly recommend them to anyone.- 16th Apr 2026 (22 weeks ago)We can not praise Peter , James and Eve enough during what is a stressful time. We bought one house and sold two houses within 6 months . They were very professional , courteous and friendly too. Which made approaching them easy. Nothing was to much trouble . So much so that I feel I have made a little friend with Eve . I would definitely use Unquie again and recommend anyone that is thinking of selling or buying to use them . Thank you to you all at Unique for making a stressful time less stressful .
