She was on time and had knowledge of both properties, I felt at ease, time to ask questions and most of all not rushed through the house, I've viewed houses and only had a 10 minute window to make a big decision. She has explained everything brilliantly to me, always on the other end of the phone to answer my calls. Thank you Hayley for going the extra mile for me Anna

20th Feb 2026 (18 days ago)I wish I had instructed Paul to sell my property initially because it had languished with 2 well known agents for Months without any sensible sale plan/updates.<br>Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings.<br>Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.

Initially told me all the windows and door keys were available but when it was time to hand over the keys he said they are lost. Overall not a good experience
