It would've been good to meet with the agent that was showing our property, so we can explain to him more about the property, but overall we're very happy. Quick responses, dealing with queries efficiently and very professional throughout.

Jenna has gone above and beyond to support one of our young people as they move from supported accommodation into their own home.<br>She has been there every step of the way, showing incredible patience, understanding and kindness throughout the whole process. She has been particularly supportive and understanding when it comes to arranging the deposit and rent in advance payments, making what could have been a stressful process so much easier.<br>It is clear that Jenna genuinely cares about the people she supports, and her patience, professionalism and dedication have made such a positive difference. Helping a young person take this important step towards independence is so valuable, and we are extremely grateful for everything she has done.<br>I would highly recommend Martin & Co Blackpool to anyone looking for decent, good quality and affordable flats in Blackpool. The service is second to none, and Jenna is a real credit to the team.<br>Thank you for going above and beyond and helping make such an important milestone possible.

He was polite, well dressed and very well spoken and answered all our questions professionally. Very approachable and really looked like he was enjoying his job. We have been to view many properties over the last few months and I can honestly say that we were lucky to get a smile from any of the agents who accompanied us from other companies. It made viewing the property so much more enjoyable. My son has since bought the house we viewed and Ollie has been helpful with after sales questions also. Keep up the good work Ollie. You are doing a great job.

I was buying a property through them and, even though I wasn’t their main client, they were both really helpful and kept me updated throughout the whole process.<br><br>They were always easy to deal with, quick to respond and did a great job keeping everything moving. I really appreciate how much they helped and kept me in the loop, especially as buying a property can be pretty stressful.<br><br>Thanks again for all your help!

Always updated by mark and input into price reductions etc when some other properties were advertised or sold . Would use again great area knowledge compared to others we tried

I have always been extremely happy with the level of care and service I receive as a landlord. All the staff are very helpful and work hard to find the best tenant. If I have problems or queries they are only too willing to advise me. Their level of care is amazing!! If you are looking for a first class agent I fully recommend Move Holmes.

Although the property sale did not go as smoothly as planned, Rebecca was always helpful, approachable, and quick to respond. I would highly recommend them.<br><br>Phil and the wider team were consistently excellent communicators. As I was not living locally while the property was rented out, it gave me real reassurance to know they were managing everything properly and keeping me updated throughout. They stayed on top of all the necessary certificates and reviews, dealt professionally with the tenant, managed the day-to-day administration, and ensured I received my rental payment reliably each month.<br><br>When it came time to sell, Harbour Properties again made the process straightforward. He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. She kept me up to date and was very accommodating when I asked for any additional information.<br><br>Although there were several delays with the buyers side on my previous property, Krishnaa remained calm and professional and even passed on my apologies to the vendor as I was very conscious my side was holding up the completion.<br><br>We got there finally and I am very happy in my new home and would recommend Krishnaa and the team at Sell My Home for sure, thank you all
