We were buyers, but the help, support, and advice we received from Scarlett, Beth, and the rest of the team at the Cleveleys branch was unbelievable. The advice they gave us helped speed up the sale, and they also chased the seller for the numerous questions we had regarding the property. The level of urgency and confidence they exuded in their service levels cemented our decision to buy the property. Thank you!

All the staff then worked promptly to explain the details and send the paperwork, etc. I highly recommend renters ,buyers, and sellers on using Move Holmes Ltd. From the initial consultation with Paul through to the final sale, their professionalism, expertise, and dedication was truly impressive. Their knowledge of the market was unparalleled, and their marketing strategy, including photography was incredibly effective. They kept us informed every step of the way, and their communication was always prompt and courteous. What really stood out, however, was their passion for selling our property. They went above and beyond to ensure that our house was showcased to its full potential, and their negotiation skills were second to none. The staff certainly knew their market, provided a spot on valuation and generated significant interest even during the late Winter months. Overall, I was extremely pleased with how quickly the property sold and that is due entirely to the agents.
31st Dec 2024 (6 mo. ago)Wanted to have the property valued for rental, made appointment date and time- they didn’t turn up or even communicate why they couldn’t attend. Terrible, the least they could do would let you know so not to waste your time.
