Not only that they have gone above and beyond in what they have done for me, they continue to provide me with a outstanding service. I have purchased one property through them and now use them to manage my investment property with another being added soon. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional lived in a house for over 3 years complaint after complaint about mould damp cooker setting on fire smoke alarms randomly going off due to faulty electrics no boiler for over 3 months with 3 young children in the house robbed £300 off me said they would email receipt surprise surprise never got it or my money back got council involved they told them to fix it they still didn't had to move in the end as my baby ending up in hospital with breathing issues when I handed in my notice I was told to leave any mouldy or damp walls be and they would sort it now after cleaning painting and paying for carpet cleaner they are saying we haven't done anything and won't give us any of our bond back so now are ripping me off for a further £525 avoid like the plague... Very poor estate agents. Take your money but won't do any repairs in the property. You get passed around from here to there. Went from Paul (useless) Blake and Andy Oliver all blaming each other. Spent hundreds doing the property up as wanted to keep it as my home. Wish I had known what a poor company I was dealing with before I took the house on... Read more

Christie King estate agents are the worst in the UK. We have been complaining about damp, mould and rot since November last year, we had the council round and they have told them to sort it out as the place is a state and the damp is affecting our health but they still have done nothing. Our back door has now started falling apart from it. Avoid these useless idiots at all costs ... Read more
