I was also very impressed with the continuous feedback and communication before, during and after my property was on the market. 14th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)Lack of communication and not pro-active as I had to instigate them doing anything. Pricing is terrible everything is an extra add on with vat on everything. Too expensive for lack of contact and or proactivity.
26th Apr 2022 (2 years ago)Rented a small flat in Inverness for over a year. Landlord was nice and really personable during viewing and conversations prior to moving in. Letting agency were ok until the tenancy came to an end and the process was tedious and completely unreasonable. Charged nearly £200 deducted from our security deposit for a “sparkle clean”. Basically took a photo of a tiny mark on bedside table and single dust particle as evidence. If it property doesn’t look shinier than when you moved in, don’t expect your deposit back. Not happy. There were also items on our inventory that we’re never in the property. You’ll notice most positive reviews are landlords and not tenants.????

26th Jun 2024 (4 weeks ago)I would just like to pass on a very positive comment regarding the Innes & Mackay’s Conveyancing Team, who handled the sale of my property on Telford Rd., Inverness. Having sold properties in the past, I always find it a bit nerve wracking, especially when it comes to the legal side as anything can pop up, especially at the last minute. But the Team kept me right up to date on all the transaction aspects and that put me at ease, and I gratefully thank you all for that! I would highly recommend Innes & Mackay for any aspect involving the buying or selling a property to anyone that wants a professional and very helpful service and done with a smile. 18th Jul 2021 (3 years ago)We had a very good experience with highland residential. Very good with the communication with our buyers. We were very happy with the service they provided. The two people that handled our sale were excellent, unfortunately they did leave just before our sale was due to complete and so did our buyers, so in the end not entirely happy.

28th Jun 2024 (29 days ago)I booked a viewing on a house and on arrival was met by the agent who had his face in his mobile phone and didn’t even look up to acknowledge me. Even when I said hello he just gave an insincere “Hi” without even looking up. He then walked into the house leaving the door open which I assumed was a sign for me to follow on. House was on sale for 285k and he immediately informed me that it was worth 330k (it absolutely was not), continued to tell me very personal information about why the current occupant was selling (not relevant or any of my business). I was then told to have a look around while he continued to stand in the living room in his phone. Toilet was a mess (surely a basic rule for a viewing is to ensure it is semi-clean). For some reason we still made an offer but received no further contact from Hamish and found out the house has sold via Instagram. The most unprofessional experience I’ve encountered in 25 years of house hunting. If you like the look of one of their properties be prepared to be either ripped off or ignored.
