We use professional photographers and can offer both our clients and their buyers, independent financial advisors as well as low cost but effective conveyancers. We are in effect, a one stop shop, for all your house moving needs. We operate seven days a week, allowing more people to come to the market and view the homes we have for sale, resulting in increased competition for the homes we sell.

Hamish Homes were great to work with. They were always quick to respond to my queries & kept me updated about viewings and feedback.
They dealt with everything for me in an efficient manner (home report, viewings, solicitor, video/photos) and we sold for over asking price and significantly more than a house for sale slightly after us with a different agent!

I purchased and sold my house(s) recently through Stephen at Hamish Homes and the service was really excellent. His professional, proactive and personal approach backed up with an efficient legal framework made for a very efficient and cost effective package. I will most likely move again in the next few years and would be delighted to work with Hamish Homes again.

We are very happy to recommend Stephen and his team at Hamish Homes. We secured a sale very quickly. However, I would not recommend going with Wrights solicitors as part of the transaction as we are still waiting for our money from Friday's sale and purchase. Why? Our solicitor is busy!!!
1. His secretary deals with this.
2. I didn't work for a big banking organisation for 14 years plus co-ordinate a busy branch to know NOTHING.
Stick with a local solicitor is my advice as again I am waiting for Wrights!!.

We bought our first home with Hamish Homes & they couldn’t have been better; always arrived before us for viewing the property. Bending over backwards to let us see the house when it suited us and helpful with every question we had.
My only complaint would be that Google won’t let us leave a 6 star review.
We’ll definitely be contacting Hamish Homes if we decide to sell in the future.
