I had the pleasure to deal again with Munro and Noble. 2 solicitors this time: Elaine and Kathleen. I worked with them through the worst time of my life and they kept me right. They helped me beyond the legal stuff. I'm very thankful to this two solicitors. Definitely would recommend and definitely they'll be handling my business and my real estate need in the future

Would not recommend.
We were put through so much stress caused by their conveyancing department. Phone calls not returned, incorrect information, conflict of interest etc.
We used their conveyancing service to act for us when selling our house. Firstly, they did not check the status of the offer that came in. We had individuals put an offer in on our house of which we accepted on the assumption that Munro and Noble had done their due diligence. Munro told us that they were cash buyers but of course, they were not and required a mortgage. They delayed so much that we were also asked to refresh our home report.
Munro were acting for the buyers too so that's where the conflict of interest comes in. At every opportunity, they stalled in returning calls and concluding on the missives while the potential buyers scrambled to get their money together in the background.
When we provided them with wording to present back to the buyers solicitor, they changed the wording to suit them cause our requests not to sound so urgent.
Their number 1 goal was to secure both the sale and purchase for those they were conveyancing for. This should not be allowed as they struggled to remain non biased on both sides.
They also did not want to come out to take proper pictures, fix for sale signs etc as we were 45 mins outside of Inverness. They essentially they did nothing but find a buyer who was already informed by a neighbour that our house was for sale.
We definitely would not recommend Munro and Noble despite approaching them due to their online reviews.
Buying and selling is stressful enough.
We have held off writing this review until purchasing another property. Needless to say, Munro were not approached to do our conveyancing.

Highly reccomend the team at Munro & Noble. Special shout out to Jacqueline who has looked after us at our business for over 4 years and always gets the job done for us swiftly and professionally. I wouldnt think to use anyone else in town. Jacqueline always responds to my emails and is always on the end of the phone if needed. Thank you again

Great service and very professional , on the Estate Agents side of things Elizabeth and her team done a brilliant job selling my mothers house and Ian Donaldson the solicitor was a pleasure to work with, he made everything work out perfectly both buying my mothers new house and selling her old one, communication was first class and he was very helpful and knowledgeable, I would highly recommend them.

What an amazing team! Thanks to Alida and Janice we now have a house. They were patient, professional and explained the conveyancing process for us so we knew what to expect. Susan Bird and the team at Munro & Noble could not have been any more efficient or helpful during the sale of our previous home in Glasgow and eventual purchase of our new home in the Highlands. Susan worked efficiently and with continual humour and wise counsel throughout the whole process and we were very grateful for this. It gave us great confidence to know that there was a steady hand on the tiller at all times. We thoroughly recommend using the conveyancing services of Munro & Noble.
