When there is a problem in the flat, we have never had to wait very long to get a response from the team and have the issue sorted. The routine house visits are always thorough and efficient and the agent who comes is always kind and attentive to any questions or concerns we have (we have met Susan and Darrell, both lovely people!). ASJ were the instigators & hence responsible for rendering me homeless 01 01 18. Disgraceful as are business reviews. Rendering tennents homeless, thru no fault of their own, has, since tgis debacle, been made illegal, in Scotland. (Post all but a decades lobbying. this will, as of May 2026 be illegal in, England & Wales)...Ulster. I know not?

31st Mar 2026 (5 days ago)They managed to sell my home fairly quickly buy by their own admission, they aren't the cheapest estate agent locally. I didn't get the chance to proof read their property description before it went live which I found very strange but they subcontract that part out. It had a couple of errors in it that would have been easily spotted had I had the opportunity to see it. James was very helpful throughout the process and my property is now sold so they did their job.
11th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)I was looking to purchase a property being sold through The Grange earlier this year. My viewings were arranged quickly and the lady who showed me round the property was friendly and helpful. It was only when the estate agent Helen got involved when I made a verbal offer that things deteriorated. Whilst I understand that she was looking out for her client and wanted to get the best price that she could for them her negotiating skills were non existant and she was rude, dismissive and spoke in a condesending manner saying "I'm not sure if you have bought a property recently but I have sold ones recently for £10k/£15k over the asking price" in order to get/ justify me putting in a higher bid even though it was already in excess of the asking price. I walked away only for her to contact me several weeks later when my offer was accepted. A bit of self reflection on how you deal with your potential buyers wouldn't go amiss.
