The two people that handled our sale were excellent, unfortunately they did leave just before our sale was due to complete and so did our buyers, so in the end not entirely happy.

On dads passing, from the initial discussions and guidance, through to the selling and settling of his estate, Middleton Ross were exceptional in their care and approach. The staff were great to deal with and always provided clear and honest answers to any of our requests, putting us in contact with the right person straight away. It really took the sting out of sorting everything out, having a dedicated team around us who got to know our needs and keep us right through the whole process.

James was dealing with our house sale and was very approachable and available for all our queries throughout the process. We could speak to him out of the usual office house which was particularly helpful. Everyone I spoke to within the team were very professional and helpful and had excellent communication.
