14th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Lack of communication and not pro-active as I had to instigate them doing anything. Pricing is terrible everything is an extra add on with vat on everything. Too expensive for lack of contact and or proactivity.

Using their new 360 virtual tour of the property defiantly enhanced the interest during the advertising stage. Excellent communication and proactive approach through the sale and purchase conveyance process. Highly recommend and would use again in the future.
