Thank you for belated apology. Like their co-conspirators Munro & Noble letting agents & solicitors from whom I have since belatedly acquired a written apology, 15 05 18. ASJ were the instigators & hence responsible for rendering me homeless 01 01 18. Disgraceful as are business reviews. Rendering tennents homeless, thru no fault of their own, has, since tgis debacle, been made illegal, in Scotland. (Post all but a decades lobbying. THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! They managed to sell my home fairly quickly buy by their own admission, they aren't the cheapest estate agent locally. I didn't get the chance to proof read their property description before it went live which I found very strange but they subcontract that part out. It had a couple of errors in it that would have been easily spotted had I had the opportunity to see it.
