It was during the very stressful national lockdown and consequently all communication had to be done either on the phone or by email. Dawn, based at the Kinver office, was always upbeat, willing to help and allay any worries. Both sales were handled with professionalism, kindness and with, i might add, much patience by Dawn. I could not have wished for more helpful, kinder staff and I would highly recommend Midcalf Nicholls to anyone. A big thank you to all at the Kinver office. Billy Pooler

We have now returned to them as sellers because we are needing to relocate for work and have placed our faith in them and their experience in the local market. We would give 5 stars but they are so busy that it doesn't feel as friendly and open as it used to. Having said that, Iwan himself and Amanda who is overseeing our listing are down to earth and very supportive. They work hard. Overall, we are happy with this agent and hope to recommend them to family and friends.
