14th Dec 2025 (11 weeks ago)I used these for both selling and buying. Selling: Initially, there were some issues getting the house onto the market because they were a bit lax with the floor plan, which contained numerous errors. This caused some inconvenience and lost an offer of a house. Buying: In contrast, their help through the process of buying a house was excellent. There were numerous issues that *should* have been dealt with by the solicitor, but they just pushed it on to the Estate agent (what do we pay the solicitors for?), who went above and beyond to help resolve things and make sure the sale completed. Even after the sale, they helped negotiate for the previous owners to pay for clearance of rubbish left in the garden (again, should have been the solicitor's job).

19th Apr 2024 (1 year ago)They were excellent when my husband bought our house in 2022. We have now returned to them as sellers because we are needing to relocate for work and have placed our faith in them and their experience in the local market. We would give 5 stars but they are so busy that it doesn't feel as friendly and open as it used to. Having said that, Iwan himself and Amanda who is overseeing our listing are down to earth and very supportive. They work hard. Overall, we are happy with this agent and hope to recommend them to family and friends.

27th Jan 2026 (5 weeks ago)Recently used William Gleave in Llandudno for house selling. Alex came out to appraise within days (others could not get out for weeks). Guided us through the process with excellent communication, advice and honesty throughout. Clearly Alex and Debbie are very knowledgeable and gave us the benefit of their experience when decisions had to be made. I’m aware that Alex has since left which is sad loss for the company as they were both lovely people to deal with.
