The family sold a flat through the Llandudno office. High quality service and advice. Managed to send several prospective buyers fairly quickly and we were impressed with the overall service. Prices reasonable and sale completed once solicitors had completed work. Would be happy to buy or sell again here.

As a buyer, I can honestly say we received great service. The communication was clear, timely, and we found the staff always polite and courteous. From a buyer's perspective (not paying the fees to the agent) it was refreshing to find such an excellent service and continuity. Having bought and sold 5 properties over the years previous experience has been poor with agents simply falling off the radar after sale agreed. Alex and his team proved to be different with a real personal touch, and providing contact and keeping us in the loop at all times. Would recommend and we will use when the time comes.

Alex & all the staff provided an exceptional first class service from the very start. The professionalism, kindness & compassion shown to us whilst taking the decision to sell our late Father's house, was a difficult time for us, but they were there every step of the way & nothing was too much trouble. I cannot convey enough how lucky we have been to have such a wonderful team of staff, who have truly gone that extra mile.
