As a buyer, I can honestly say we received great service. The communication was clear, timely, and we found the staff always polite and courteous. From a buyer's perspective (not paying the fees to the agent) it was refreshing to find such an excellent service and continuity. As someone who has bought and sold quite a number of properties in my life, what I look for is an agent who listens to your needs, responds with their expertise and knowledge of the market and then comes to an agreed, professional and friendly/positive strategy as to the best way to sell your house. William Gleave (Llandudno) do all of the above.
