3rd Apr 2024 (16 weeks ago)Well what can I say - if I could rate the Porthmadog 11 out of ten I would. My Mum sold her house in August last year but due to problems which had nothing to do with the estate agents, didn’t move until March this year. It was an extremely stressful time for us all but Claire, Steve, Helen and Hannah went above and beyond with their service. Such kind and thoughtful people throughout the whole period and I cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend them to anyone selling or buying a house. If only more businesses provided such a wonderful service!

8th Jun 2024 (7 weeks ago)What can I say. If I could have used Ffion as my mortgage advisor, solicitor and estate agent then I would have. She was absolutely exceptional in every aspect! To start with the house viewing with her she was more than happy to answer any questions and actually had the answers unlike a few other estate agents I’ve used in the past. After the viewing if I had more questions she would give me the answer or she’d get the answer from the vendor as quickly as she could. As I’m a first time buyer the process of it all was a bit confusing to me, but Ffion was more than happy to help, she went above and beyond for me. I had lots of questions about the buying process and what happens next etc which she would talk me through. She would always help with trying to nudge the process along as sometimes I couldn’t get an answer from my solicitors she would also nudge them for a response which then helped moved the process along massively, without her I think I would have still been waiting for the sale to go through now! On the day of completion she was more than happy to help when I had a long way to travel and probably wasn’t going to arrive at the house within working hours but she helped come up with a solution which took the stress of me arriving there late away. Even now after completion, I have the odd question for either her or the vendor and still she’s so helpful and polite whereas I imagine some of the other estate agents I viewed properties with would have been done with me as soon as the sale went through. Overall Ffion and Dafydd Hardy made my first time house purchase completely stress free. If you’re buying a house for the first time or at all, I have my fingers crossed for you that you have Ffion on your side. Thank you very much for your continued help Ffion.

17th Feb 2023 (1 year ago)We used Bob parry as letting agents . From start to finish they were unprofessional to the point of rude . Unreliable, did nothing we paid them for from basic giving the tenants a copy of their contract and deposit information to refusing to pay the tenants back their deposit after they moved out. They constantly ignored emails , made a huge fuss about having to do viewing on weekends and then did not show up for viewers . Their communication was none existent . I have never ever worked with a company so blatantly useless . How do they even have any client base at all . We left as soon as we could and would never use them again even if they were marketing my dream home I just would not trust them . The amount of lies we were told , it was quite sad .

Samuel has consistently demonstrated exceptional professionalism, responsiveness, and a genuine dedication to his role. Every request, no matter how big or small, is handled promptly and efficiently. His helpful attitude and commitment to ensuring tenant satisfaction make him stand out. From the very first interaction, Samuel has been approachable and proactive, addressing maintenance issues swiftly and keeping the property in excellent condition. His communication skills are top-notch, always providing clear and timely updates. I feel fortunate to have Samuel overseeing my property.
26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.
