1st May 2025 (22 days ago)If I could give zero stars I would. I had the unfortunate experience of trying to buy a property through these agents. I’m going to leave names out of it, but from the start it was an absolutely horrible and costly experience. After 3 months of stress I ultimately had to walk away from the purchase. From the jump, agents were rude when handling my offer, and the young female solicitor seemed clueless and arrogant. They accepted our offer knowing there was an issue on the property which the home report stated, and a retention was recommended. They weren’t even aware of this and put pressure on us to pay for the work. The home report I seen very early on did not show a retention, so big mistakes were made and they were negligent in saying my lender was the problem. I would never recommend this outfit to anybody. Had my agents not discounted the work done in the conveyancing, I’d be chasing this through small claims for their practice. Avoid.
