Cannot recommend Simple Approach highly enough. I used them to sell a flat and to find a tenant for my rental property. The service was exceptional, especially the rental team. I had been using another agent for rental but getting nowhere. Switching to Simple Approach was like chalk and cheese between services offered, in particular, ease of contact out of normal office hours and platforms used to advertise.
