Wasted my time by telling me All about his Experience & how he was going to market the property , then when I said at the moment we only wanted to market it as commercial with him instead of both commercial and residential he (Scott). Just gave us the brush off even though he made a big thing about how many B&B he’d sold in my area of the Cairngorms. AVOID at all costs. Useless and arrogant. Shame can’t give ZERO stars.... We used Masson Cairns for two purchases (the first never completed due to the start of the pandemic!) based on their quick, professional responses when initially getting quotes. Annike continued to provide excellent service and advice, so we went back to them when we put in an offer on a second property a year later. They've been extremely reliable, and provided good advice. They also managed to hit some pressurised, extremely important, deadlines so that we could transfer on the initially agreed handover date,for which we are extremely grateful. Very poor service. Didn't bother telling us of a closing date despite having viewing arranged.........appreciate you responding to me review but you should have informed all viewers, not just those with notes of interest. Not bothered about the dump of a property anyway so it's not about missing out. It's about having the courtesy to tell someone who is travelling a long way to do a viewing that the closing date is the following day! Thanks :)... Read more
