Did I employ his "services"? - Yes. Did I feel like my custom was valued? - No I didn't Was I happy with his performance? - Not in the least. Do I wish I'd went somewhere else? - Most definitely. Would I use him ever again? - Not even if Hell freezes over. Would I recommend him to anyone else? - Definitely not.
6th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)Cannot recommend Simple Approach highly enough. I used them to sell a flat and to find a tenant for my rental property. The service was exceptional, especially the rental team. I had been using another agent for rental but getting nowhere. Switching to Simple Approach was like chalk and cheese between services offered, in particular, ease of contact out of normal office hours and platforms used to advertise. After months with the other agent, the S.A team found me the perfect tenants within a couple of weeks. Delighted!

We had a few complications during the purchase but Amy was amazing and helped with every question that we had. We are from England originally so we had a few extra questions on the procedures in Scotland but Amy held our hand and guided us through the whole process. I would strongly recommend the services of Amy and Strutt and Parker they have been really amazing from start to finish.
