8th Oct 2023 (7 mo. ago)Town & Country worked around my busy schedule with viewings and communication. Their all round local knowledge and experience was evident with the viewers and myself. They were bang on with the valuation and their sole agency fee was incredibly realistic for my property. I would recommend this estate agent.

24th Oct 2021 (2 years ago)I am unimpressed, and encountered unexpected issues that were not detailed in the survey report. A window in the ground floor property was had to be fixed as an emergency on the day of arrival due to security issues and risks. The window was stuffed with tissue and foam, and the hinge was broken, so could not be closed, or put on the latch. The windows were rated as needing repair or replacement in the future, no further detail was supplied or suggestions of needing to be repaired of replaced straight away. In addition to this they did not identified mould in some of the rooms. I would not recommend this company do not use them.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

She responded promptly and ensured the problems were sorted and the purchase went through. I would recommend the Agents and Charley without hesitation.

14th Oct 2023 (7 mo. ago)I’m sure there are some success stories but ours isn’t one. I would guess they couldn’t anticipate the disaster of the auction buyers solicitor or the fact the buyer was clearly trying to avoid stamp duty. After being assured everything was fine and above board the auction collapsed leaving us in a financial mess and no compensation. The second auction got unpleasant between solicitors (buyers not accepting it was an auction time line) The hope was for a quick sale, instead we are no further forward and out of pocket.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
