Once our property was on the market we were kept updated on a regular basis by Dan. I can't fault the service we received from Beales and would definitely recommend them.

From the very beginning, the team was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and guided me through every step of the process with clear communication and patience. The whole experience felt smooth and well-managed, and I always felt like I was in good hands. They were quick to respond to any questions and made what can often be a stressful process feel much easier and more straightforward. 16th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)Awful if I could give zero stars I would they do not care about complaints that are submitted to them in regard to their tenants as they are getting the rent each month. We have had issues with tenants of theirs for almost 6 months now and another neighbour for almost 3 years and nothing other then sending them letters which has done nothing and telling us to go environmental health. Absolutely disgusting!

10th May 2026 (4 days ago)I decided to use Chinneck Shaw to sell my Dad's house after he passed. I thought it would be nice to use a local company. ?They over valued the property. ?The marketing of the property was bare minimum. Over exposed photos. No floor plan. No online video of the property. ?They were not pro-active! I had to chase for answers. ?They lost the keys to the house! Then they had the cheek to say 'Don't worry, we've paid for the lost keys'! ?Once the house was completed - I didn't even get a thank-you email for using our services. Whilst it might seem nice to use a local, independent company - I really wouldn't bother.

No matter what hurdle was placed in their way, by either party, their Cool, Calm Professional moved the process forward. We’ve had some negative experiences with other agents previously but Phil has restored our faith! His communication, knowledge and personable touches made what can be a daunting experience so much more exciting! He has accommodated and rooted for us - even to the point of consciously making an effort to make this experience just as exciting for our 4 year old! I’m relieved to know that we have Phil as a point of contact for our new home going forward!

From the very beginning, she was highly communicative and professional, always keeping in regular contact and ensuring we were kept up to date with any new properties becoming available. Alex showed us around several properties and was consistently helpful, taking the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. It was clear she genuinely cared about helping us find the right place and went out of her way to try and secure a rental that suited our needs, particularly for the 18-month duration we were looking for. Unfortunately, the property she was trying to secure for us didn’t align with our required dates, which was disappointing. We were genuinely gutted not to be able to complete a rental through Alex, as she stood out by far as the most professional and dedicated agent we dealt with throughout our search. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and proactive estate agent.
