14th Sep 2026 (13 days ago)If you have a property to let out, do not use these Estate Agents. I have been trying to get them to pay out for the damages that was caused when the tenant moved out. They let out my home on a "no deposit basis" and then took out insufficient insurance to pay out for significant damages. That was 4 months ago and I still haven't been able to move back home!

10th Sep 2026 (17 days ago)Jordan Nicholas has been absolutely brilliant since we first bought our house 7 years ago, we completed our intial mortgage with her and 2 remortgages since, the last one completed last week.<br>Jordan makes everything so easy, throughly explains every step and process that needs to be completed and works with you to find the best options to suit your needs. What can seem like a quite daunting process is made so much easier and any questions or queries i may of had during the process were answered straight away.

Chapplins were absolutely brilliant dealt with Selina and she could not of done enough she chased the chain from top to bottom and was brilliant, the only reason we did not use Chapplins to sell our house was the price they quoted, other than that brilliant.

Selling my flat was a process with plenty of moving parts, but Louise was absolutely brilliant from start to finish and played a huge part in getting everything over the line and successfully sold! ????????????<br><br>She was incredibly friendly, professional and approachable throughout, and what really stood out was how good she was at communicating. Her replies were always prompt, detailed and clear, so I always knew exactly what was happening and where things stood.<br><br>I had a preferred method of communication and Louise completely respected that — no unnecessary phone calls, just helpful, well-written updates when they were actually needed. That might sound like a small thing, but it made a massive difference to me and was very much appreciated!<br><br>After having the property on the market for a considerable length of time with another local agent, I decided to make the switch to Leaders. Louise had it sold within around a month. Rob and Jack really knew their stuff and were incredibly responsive and proactive throughout the whole process. They sold my house in the first round of viewings, which was a fantastic result, and their excellent communication from start to finish really helped make the conveyancing process a little less painful!<br><br>What really stood out to me was how honest, transparent and straightforward they were. I always felt they had my best interests in mind and I could trust their advice.<br><br>I’d highly recommend them and would happily use them again.
